At Belong Inclusion Services, we work in partnership with educational settings to strengthen inclusive practice and ensure children and young people with SEND receive the support they need to thrive.
We recognise that every setting is different, with its own strengths, priorities, and areas for development. That is why our support is tailored to meet the individual needs of your setting.
Whether you are looking for guidance around SEND processes, inclusive strategies, staff development, or whole-setting support, we offer flexible tiered packages designed to provide the right level of support for your setting. This allows us to work alongside you in a way that is practical, responsive, and aligned with your individual priorities.
We also offer a free ½ hour initial consultation to discuss your setting’s needs and explore the most appropriate support for your team and learners.

delivering whole-school SEND audits and inclusion reviews.
providing a range of training opportunities for staff.
working with SENDCos, especially those new to role in a coaching and mentoring format.
providing everyday SENDCo cover for those on leave.
offering bespoke advice tailored to individual children, with written reports, practical strategies, suggested provision and resources.
developing policies surrounding inclusion, including relationships, wellbeing and trauma informed practice.
supporting with requests for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
